863 serves our district as a fully equipped "Quick Response Vehicle", as well as the Chief's unit, allowing quick response to both rescue and emergency medical scenes and accidents
864 serves our public and members as our second " Quick Response Vehicle", geared more towards medical situations, trailer operations and personnel transportation
Rescue 865 serves as our "second run" rescue truck allowing us to move this apparatus across the county without putting our own district at risk. During large scale rescue events, neighboring rescue squads will need assistance in covering their district to ensure adequate resources are available. 865 serves in this regard as well as our own Pilot Mountain district.
Rescue 866 serves as our "first run" rescue truck within our primary rescue district. This truck responds first to motor vehicle accidents, mountain rescue incidents, and much more within Pilot Mountain, Surry and Stokes county.
Ambulance 867 serves as our first run medical unit and is fully stocked to perform all Basic Life Support capabilities with the occasional Surry EMS Advanced Life Support transports. It also responds to many critical incidences such as MVA's and rescue incidents as well as any and all 911 assistance house calls. This unit works very closely with our partners at Surry and Stokes County Emergency Medical Services
Ambulance 868 serves the public as our second run 4x4 medical unit. This unit is often seen during inclement weather or medical standbys and is fully stocked for BLS services. It is also registered with the NC Medical Examiners office for transportation services for the county and state.
