Merry Christmas from Squad 86!
The Pilot Mountain Rescue Squad is proud to present the 52nd Annual Pilot Mountain Christmas Parade to the wonderful people that so greatly support us each year. This year, the Rescue Squad has chosen Ms. Sarah Stevens to be the Grand Marshal. Ms. Stevens represents House District 90, which is all of Surry County and portions of Wilkes and Alleghany County. She has served 7 terms in the NC House and is a Mount Airy native. She will be joining the Pilot Mountain Rescue Squad to learn more about our story, from 1965 in the small town of Pilot Mountain, to present day where the Rescue Squad is striving to build a modern legacy that will continue for generations to come.
On Saturday, December 3rd, Ms. Stevens will lead the parade down Main as we usher in the Christmas season. Make sure you are in attendance and give a warm Pilot Mountain Christmas Parade welcome to one of our local legislative voices. We are very thankful she has accepted our request and look forward to the Christmas festivities ahead.
Merry Christmas from all of us at Pilot Mountain Rescue and EMS
